What happens when the weather is bad?

A

Although there is no particular problem with rain, when the sea condition is bad due to the wind direction, we may offer programs on land. Also, please understand that it may not be possible to judge the condition by the day before.

What kind of person cannot join the programs?

A

Basically anyone who is healthy can participate.
Minors must have a parent’s signature.
Depending on the program there are the following conditions.
※For those who is epileptic or pregnant cannot join the programs.
※Please let us know if participant have any medical condition now or in the past, A medical note of a doctor may be necessary in some cases.

  • Circulatory problems
  • Respiratory problems
  • Problems with ears and nose
  • Asthma, panic attacks
  • Heart problems
  • Diabetes
  • Salt water allergy

※you may not be able to dive if you have stuffy nose.

Can I join during my period?

Yes, you can. Please let us know if you have any question.

Can I join wearing my contacts or glasses?

A

Remove your glasses when participating in the programs in the water for safety reasons.
※Contact lens can be worn when participating in the programs but we are not responsible for the loss.
※We have prescription masks for diving and snorkeling.

Do we wear a wet suit?

A

Yes, we do wear a wetsuit for protection from coral reefs and the sun.

Can we participate in different programs?

A

Yes, we can if you let us know in advance.

What do we need to bring?

A

It can be useful if you have beach sandals, towels, and sunblock.

Can we order lunch?

A

Yes, we can. We offer BBQ and bento box.

Yes, we can. We have conference rooms and accommodation in Convention Area. Ask us what you need.
